Reservation

Please DO NOT book a hotel room. GINCO has made reservations for all
participants in the Anemon FUAR Hotel.

Finances

A pre-payment of 155 Euro is required. The remainder (400 Euro) should be paid at the hotel. This covers all meals and accommodation (participation is for free). The (optional) trip to Ephese is not included.

Speakers, workshop leaders and GINCO consortium members will be paid directly through the network budget (no prepayment required).
