The GINCO Tools & Training project is a GRUNDTVIG multilateral project that aims at developing and delivering support material and a course for Grundtvig in-service course trainers and organizers. The intention is to raise the level of professional competence of the people (trainers and organizers) involved in such courses in a way that is responsive to their professional needs and the needs of their target groups. It will be a professional course offer aiming at the enhancement of Grundtvig in-service course practices with a particular focus on (key)competence oriented learning and teaching and validation of the learning outcomes, in view of better societal participation and employment perspectives of adult learners. A particular focus will be on the added value of a European dimension in all of this.
